DOUG WITT
President & CEO
Doug Witt,
President & CEO of NAL Worldwide, brings over 15 years of
logistics and supply chain leadership experience to the
organization. His strategic vision builds on the
customer-centric focus that has differentiated NAL as a
leading provider of tailored supply chain solutions and
value-added services. Prior to joining NAL Worldwide,
Doug was president and chief executive officer of FedEx
Supply Chain Services, Inc. During his tenure, he
focused the business and its associates on quality of
service to and innovative solutions for its clients and
their supply chain needs, all while adding service
offerings and positioning the business for growth and
profitability. Earlier in his career, he held senior
management positions with Newark Electronics and W.W.
Grainger. Doug holds an AB from Stanford University and
an MBA from Harvard University. |

Victor Kaminski
Senior Vice President, Operations
Victor is a 20-year veteran
of NAL Worldwide and its predecessor, northAmerican
Logistics. Victor is the driving force behind the
processes and procedures that make NAL Worldwide’s
logistics centers and call center operations so unique.
His proven expertise and insight into the supply chain
industry has resulted in the development and execution
of strategic, meaningful customer programs. Victor’s
dedication to the field of supply chain extends far
beyond his day-to-day operational activities. He
co-developed a curriculum with Penn State University’s
Professor John Coyle entitled “Introduction to Logistics
Management,” targeted at industry salespeople. He also
served as a consultant to MIT developers on an expert
system for the routing of Less-Than-Truckload (LTL)
shipments. |

GWENDOLYN L. HASSAN
VICE PRESIDENT, GENERAL COUNSEL & SECRETARY
In addition to providing advice and counsel as NAL
Worldwide's legal officer, Gwen manages all litigation,
makes policy recommendations and manages NAL Worldwide's
legal compliance, corporate governance and contract
functions. She has a breadth of legal experience
including complex commercial transactions, intellectual
property, employment and benefits law and international
transactions. Prior to joining NAL Worldwide, Gwen held
positions of increasing responsibility in the corporate
law departments of Federal Signal Corporation and
Hartmarx Corporation.
Gwen holds a BA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison
and her Juris Doctorate from the DePaul University
College of Law. |

Anthony Pellegrino
Vice President, Finance
As
Vice President, Finance, Anthony Pellegrino brings
extensive depth and experience in corporate finance to
NAL Worldwide. Anthony has a wide range of operational
expertise that includes information technology, human
resources, real estate and legal, as well as a
demonstrated record of financial achievement in cash
management, mergers and acquisitions, strategic
alliances and business development. Before joining NAL
Worldwide, Anthony served for eight years as Vice
President of Finance for a high tech consulting and
software development company, and held a senior level
position for Grant Thornton. |

Denneen Ford
Vice President, Human Resources
Denneen provides
strategic organizational direction to enhance NAL
Worldwide’s business growth plans. She has held a
variety of human resource management roles in the
services industry. Before joining NAL Worldwide, Denneen
served as Vice President of Human Resources Ops for
SIRVA, Inc., where she provided strategic human resource
planning, organization development and talent
acquisition support to the Moving Services and Global
Sales organization. She also maintained a key role in
company’s acquisition/divestiture activities. Prior to
SIRVA, Denneen spent 10 years with North American Van
Lines, where she held leadership roles in compensation,
benefits, payroll and employee relations. Denneen holds
a B.S. in Management from Indiana University, as well as
SPHR certification from Society of Human Resource
Management (SHRM). |
