Asset Recovery Services
NAL can manage the process for local recovery of assets
directly from your customers. You benefit from the
powerful combination of our transportation management
solutions, our electronically linked facility network,
and our Asset Management System (AMS). The result is
maximized recovery value through reduced cycle times.
Repair, Refurbishment,
Reconfigure & Repackaging
Based on your business rules, BOM or market value, NAL
regional facilities can perform these services or
transfer these assets to your desired location. This
regional consolidated approach reduces transportation
costs and cycle time in your process. Our menu of
capabilities for identification and classification
allows NAL to customize your solution and provide the
flexibility to adapt as your business requirements
change without the burden of fixed investments.
Reclamation of Useable Parts
and Goods
Some products may not warrant repair or refurbishment,
but still have a market value that can be recovered
through reclamation for parts. Key components can be
harvested from your products and added to our AMS. This
inventory is then available for your supply chain
replenishment requirements. NAL’s regional facilities
can become an extension of your materials warehouse,
providing an alternate source of just in time inventory
or as depots for warranty / spare parts purposes.
Return to Vendor (RTV)
The maximum value recovery is in the ability to return
the product to your supplier for credit. NAL can
properly identify, classify the product condition and
manage the dynamic nature of the RTV process. In
addition to logistics, our Call Center capabilities can
manage your RMA requests, supplier terms and conditions
to your KPIs, allowing your company to outsource the
entire process.
Resale
Access to markets and sources of distribution are
critical to maximize asset recovery value for products
and parts that cannot be resold as new, “B” stock or
spare. With NAL’s services we can manage this for your
organization or on your behalf through resale, auction
or liquidation.
Recycling
At the end of the day, after all alternative channels
have been exhausted there is value to be recovered in
the proper recycling program. NAL has developed local
recycling programs that provide compliant certification
of recycling for the individual components in your
product. NAL will disassemble the components into value
categories for sale to ensure your organizations
environmental stewardship.
